TAUGHT BY EXPERIENCED FEMALE INSTRUCTORS, THR1VE WORKSHOPS FEATURE A VARIETY OF SCALABLE TECHNIQUES WITH THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF SAFE DISENGAGEMENT.
SELF-DEFENCE IS AN ESSENTIAL LIFE SKILL, AND THR1VE WAS CREATED TO PROVIDE SAFE AND ACCESSIBLE RESOURCES FOR THE COMMUNITY. ALL PROGRAMS ARE MADE FOR WOMEN, BY WOMEN.
